Shirley Mcallister

Shirley passed away on June 3 2022 at 6:50pm at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, ON. She was in her 76th year.

GOD was ready to call you home but our hearts were not.

Shirley McAllister will be truly missed but now joins her brothers Danny, John, Michael, her sisters Karen, Sadie, June, cousin Helen. She was the dear sister of Dave McAllister (Jill) of Thunder Bay, and Garry McAllister of Peterburough. She was beloved "mother" to Colleen Habib, Jay  (Louise) Holden, beloved "grandmother" to Daniel Holden of North Bay, Jamie (John) Miller,  Aaden and Travis Miller of Gravenhurst, Tammy and Jamie Belanger of Gravenhurst.  "Auntie" to Liberty and Little John, little Dave, Justin McAllister, and "great aunt" to Sidney,  Conner, and Callie of Thunder Bay. She will also be missed by her many "nieces and nephews" in Thunder Bay and Peterborough. "Grandma" to Ethan Russell (Pallister), and Jada Dominic (Paris). Godmother to Nicole Pallister (Damian), Carl Pallister (Tonia),  Carol Rowbottom, Lester Pallister all from  Gravenhurst, and "sister" to Allen Morrow (Debbie) of Barrie, Jim Morrow Gravenhurst,  "cousin" to Eugene of Thunderbay, close friends David MacDonald, Dalores Thomas, and Big Randy.

Shirley will be truly missed by all  who  knew her and loved her.

A celebration of Shirley Ann McAlister's life will be held on June 27th at 1 p.m. at  St.Paul's  Church 235 John's street, Gravenhurst Ontario P1P 1H6
