Vera Piddington

Piddington, Vera Margaret (nee Haun) Peacefully at the Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, Bracebridge site on Tuesday May 1, 2012, in her 82nd. year. Beloved wife of the late Albert Frank (Bud) Piddington who died in 1995. Beloved mother to Lorrie (Rick) Franklin of Gravenhurst and Linda Piddington (Horst Rittgen) of Kilworthy. Predeceased by infant son Albert Piddington. Beloved sister to Murray (Lois) Schell of Gravenhurst, Morris Schell of Kilworthy, Joyce (Rodney) White of Raymond. Vera is predeceased by her brother Sydney Schell. Survived by Sydney''s wife Donna Schell of Gravenhurst. Beloved grandmother to Darrin (Shelley) Piddington, Kathy Piddington, April (Tyler) Laffin and Brad Harbridge. Great grandmother of 8 and 2 step great grandchildren.Vera will be sadly missed by her several nieces and nephews. In accordance with Vera's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering for family & friends to celebrate Vera's life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion - Gravenhurst Branch on Sunday, May 13th, at 2:00 p.m. In memory donations to the Bracebridge Branch of the OSPCA or to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation would be appreciated..
