HESHKA, Mary Teresa "Joan" (nee James) Peacefully at the Granite Ridge Retirement Residence in Gravenhurst on Thursday, May 29, 2014 with her loving family at her side.Mary Teresa Joan Heshka in her 85th year. Beloved wife to Ernest (Ernie) Heshka of Gravenhurst. Beloved mother to Irwin Heshka of Bracebridge and Glenn (Kelly) Heshka of Georgetown.Joan is survived by her sister Margaret Volney of St. Lucia. Predeceased by her siblings; Joe, John, Stan, Francis, Addy, Rita and Charlotte. Much loved grandmother to Jared, Brock and Tarea. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 2~4 & 6:30 ~9 p.m. Rosary prayers will be recited on Sunday evening at 6:45 p. m. by the Catholic Women's League.Funeral Mass will be conducted at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 11:00 a. m. by Father Joe Moran. Interment will follow at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Gravenhurst.
