Mary Ann Cooke

Mary Ann Cooke passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 12, 2023.

Daughter of the late Harry Schell and Aliza Jane Barns. Loving wife to the late George Cook.

Mary will be dearly missed by her children, Marlene Handy (David Parrett), Phyllis Lamorie, Mark Cooke (Wanda), and Phillip Cooke (Mary). Loving sister of Robert & Noella Schell. Sister-in-law of Frank Cooke. Predeceased by her two children, Brenda Knuckle, and Martin Cooke.

Mary will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and friends!

Cremation has taken place. A memorial graveside service will take place on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 11:00am at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, followed by a celebration of life at the Scout’s Hall in Gravenhurst. If desired, memorial donations made to OSPCA Muskoka would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through Cavill Funeral Home.
