Marguerite Moore

Passed away peacefully at Muskoka Shores in Gravenhurst on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at the age of 87. Marguerite was the beloved wife of her late husband Gordon, and loving mother of Susan (the late David), Laurie-Anne (Ray), Steve (Diane), and Kim (Jim). Beloved grandmother to Jessie, Neal, Leigha, Kent, Angie, Amy, Rebecca and Alex. She was also a cherished great-grandmother to Jolene, Ella, Isaiah, Travis, Noah, Audrey, Erika, Rune and Lily.

Marguerite lived a full life. She married in 1952 at the age of 20; moved to Arivda (Chicoutimi) Quebec; had four children in the 1950s; and lived in British Guiana in the early 1960s. When she returned to Canada, she worked for Sears Canada until her retirement in the early 1990s. She and Gord spent nine wonderful years in Myrtle Beach before settling in Barrie, Ontario. She has now joined the love of her life, Gord, to be together happily ever after.

To honour Marguerite's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial will be held on a later date. Personal condolences may be left at www.cavillfuneralhome.com.
