CORBETT, Margery Ellen (nee Henshaw) Peacefully at the Muskoka Shores Community Care Nursing Home in Gravenhurst on Friday, June 17, 2016. Margery Ellen Corbett in her 102 nd year. Beloved daughter of the late Charles "William" Henshaw and Margery Ellen McGlinn. Wife of the late Gordon Corbett who predeceased Margery in 1995. Margery was the last surviving child having been predeceased by her eight siblings; Ross, Edward, Bill and Stanley Henshaw, Hazel Etler, Myrtle Gibson, Verna Graves and Edna Whitfield. Margery was also predeceased by her son-in-law Ken McCaw and by her granddaughter Susan McCaw. Margery is survived by her daughters Joan McCaw of Huntsville, Gail (Gerry) Buffett of Kitchener and by her son Doug (Joyce) Corbett of Gravenhurst. Grandmother of Kelly McCaw, Robyn Buffett, Carol Marr, Cheryl Doherty, Stephanie Barnes and Brandon Corbett. Great grandmother to several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 12 noon until time of service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Rev. Don Corbett will officiate. Gravenhurst. In memory of Margery, donations to the Muskoka Steamship & Historical Society would be appreicated by the family.
