Louise Konyar

KONYAR, Louise Patricia "Lou" Former Proof Reader with CNIB for many years, died peacefully on Tuesday, February 12th, 2013 at the age of 78. Predeceased by her husband Norman Konyar. Dear daughter of the late Eli and Mary Commandant. Much loved sister of Hubert Commandant (Linda) of Wahta and Clarence Commandant. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Ferdinand Commandant, Sydney Commandant, Evelyn Schell (Allen), Pauline Gray, Ken Commandant and Caroline Commandant. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Edith, Lyla and Bev Commandant and by her brother-in-law Stan Gray. Lou will be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. There will be a graveside service in the Spring at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Gravenhurst which will be announced at that time. Lou enjoyed several more years of life as a result of receiving an organ transplant. It is only fitting that you are asked to consider signing your organ donor card as an act of life's greatest charity and kindness, or by contributing to a charity of your choice.
