JARICK, Leonard Roy Veteran of WWII Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #424, Bala, Ontario Surrounded by his family at Leisureworld Care Centre, Orillia on Thursday March 21, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 56 years to Aveline Jarick (nee Mann) of Orillia. Dear father to Sue-Ann Jarick of Orillia, Deborah (Steve) Grimes of Orillia and Royce Jarick of Glen Orchard. Most loved grandfather to Siobhan Grimes. Beloved Grampe of Kelly and Heather Reid. Beloved brother to Oswald and Lloyd Jarick, Muriel Danielson and Donna Robinson. Leonard was predeceased by his siblings; Darcy, Albert, Wilbur and Ron Jarick. "Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you there." The family will receive friends at the Bala Legion on Saturday May 11, 2013 from 1:00 until 4:00 p. m. A Legion Service of Remembrance will begin at 1:00 p.m with a time for fellowship and remembrance to follow.
