MURRAY, John Cecil Darwin With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved "Dag"(John) with his soul mate June Seaton by his side, at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Friday, April 12, 2013. Born on November 2, 1946 in Clyde Forks, Ontario, he left us at the early age of 66 after a long battle with health issues. Caring and supportive step-father of James (Deanna) of Sault Ste. Marie, April (Francis) of Gravenhurst and Cindy Seaton of Gravenhurst. Affectionately known as "Grampa Dag" by his grandchildren; Tanner, Connor, Liam, Jessie, Madelynn, Anthony, Brandon, Brittany, Cody and Kaleb. Darwin is survived by two sisters; Sylvia Murray (Bean) of Brockville, Dianna Murray (Bently Richardson) of Harper, and by three brothers; Don Murray (Cindy) of Frenchline, Barry Murray (Cathy) of Devon, Alberta and Graydon Murray (Ruth) of Westlock, Alberta; numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews and dear friends Jim and Gloria Tretheway and Richard Viegant. Dag will always be remembered for his easy going nature and his will to help others. His grandchildren and Peanut (his trusty canine friend) will especially miss their tractor rides with their special driver. May your laugh and smile live on in those whose lives you touched and changed forever. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home on Wednesday April 24, 2013 from 1-3 p. m. with a service to celebrate John's life at 3:00 p. m. Cremation has taken place. In memory donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
