James Way

WAY, James William (Jim) Member of the Golden Rule Masonic Lodge #409, G. R. C, Gravenhurst Member of the Lake Land Chapter #245, Order of the Eastern Star. Passed away peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Monday, December 8, 2014 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Vera Way (nee Bingley) who predeceased Jim in 1975. Jim was also predeceased by his long time companion Ruth Johnson in 2013. Beloved father to Greg (Donna) Way, grandfather to Rhonda Way and great grandfather to Eva Way all of Gravenhurst. Beloved brother to Kathryn (Bill) Desormeau of Cochrane, Doris McMaster of Orillia, Norman (Diane) Way of Gravenhurst and Ringer (late Carole) Way of Gravenhurst. Jim was predeceased by his brother David Way. Jim will be missed by several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering for family and friends will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall, Branch #161, Bracebridge on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 2:00 p. m.
