James Maunder

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James Allen Maunder on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge. He will be missed dearly by his wife Jacqueline Maunder and children Tim (Linda) Maunder, Roblin May (Robert Cardy),Megan (Stuart) Peterson, Leslie Maunder (Riun Shandler) and step children: Alan Harrington (Nicole Gagnier), Alana (Caleb) Gammon , Ryan (Tara) Harrington, Stephen Harrington (Maria Nadeau), and Nathan (Lindsay) Harrington. Jim is survived by his 23 grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife Judith Maunder and by his parents Wesley Maunder & Janet Sadleir, brother John and sister-in-law Barbara Maunder. A gathering to celebrate Jim's life will be held at the Pinegrove Fellowship Church in Bracebridge on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall. In memory donations can be given towards Faith's Orphans Fund, South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, or to the Four Hundred Squadron Historical Society would be appreciated.
