HENRY RICHARD DICK (Retiree of Canada Packers - Maple Leaf Foods) Peacefully at the Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Monday, December 10, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Henry is the beloved husband to Loretta Dick (nee Thiffault) of Washago. Beloved father to Ronald (Karen) Dick of Oshawa, Linda (Doug) Clark of Pickering, Joyce (Gord) Brown of Aurora, Lori (George) Hobson of Aurora, Sandra Dick of Churchill, Susan Dick of Etobicoke and Crystal Dick of Brampton. Loving grandfather to 14 grandchildren and great-grandfather to one child. Henry is predeceased by his siblings Robert, Charles, Rose, Marge, Gwen and Bruce. Retired after 37 years of service from Canada Packers (Maple Leaf Foods). Member of the Knights of Columbus, also the Washago Senior's Club and Choir Group. The family wishes to thank Dr. Sochaniwskyj and the exceptional nursing staff of the Soldiers Memorial Hospital for their excellent care of Henry. The family will receive friends at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 3315 Muskoka St., Washago, ON, L0K 2B0 on Thursday, December 13th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. until time of the Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to the Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation for the purchase of a blanket heater for "Harvie 2", 146 Mississauga St. W., Orillia, ON, L3V 3B3
