Harry Gerald Severin

May 14th, 1942- July 11th, 2022

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Harry Gerald Severin on Monday, July 11th, 2022. Predeceased by his long-time partner, Mary Hoffman, Harry died peacefully surrounded by his children and his beloved dog, Maggie. He was a devoted father to Gerald, Cheryl (Daryl), Penny (Martino), Corinne, and William. Harry was blessed with 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, and will be sadly missed.

Born May 14th, 1942, in Sudbury, Ontario, Harry had many passions throughout his life, including his pets, travelling, fine arts, construction, and devoting his time to his trailer park in Muskoka. He is known for his heartfelt laughter, his quick-wit, and his ability to crack a joke regardless of where he was.

It was Harry’s wishes that there will be no funeral or service, but he will be laid to rest in Beachburg, Ontario. The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to his homecare nurses, and the Mariposa House, where he spent his final days.

Harry will be greatly missed by all those who were touched by his infectious laughter and love, especially by his family who loved him dearly.
