SPEICHER, Eudora Annie (Dora) nee Waters Peacefully at Leisureworld Muskoka Nursing Home in Gravenhurst on Saturday, October 5, 2013 surrounded by the love of her family. Dora Speicher (nee Waters) in her 93rd. year. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Speicher. Dear mother to Betty (Jack) Marshall of Orillia, Larry (Gloria) Speicher of Gravenhurst, Wilson (Theresa) Speicher of Gravenhurst, Nancy Snoddon of Bracebridge, Mona Seeliger of Vancouver, Clarence (Wanda) Speicher of Gravenhurst and the late Faye (late Ron) Kirilenko. Dora was a special "mom" to Ron and Paul Dupras, Brian Leigh and to the many young children she cared for during the early years. Dora was the beloved sister to Merle DeValadares of Bracebridge Gary (Peggy) Waters of Gravenhurst and Gayle Van Hezewyk of Pompano Beach, Florida. Dora is predeceased by her siblings; Jean Ralston, Glen Waters, Marvin Waters and Heather Goodman. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and great grandmother to several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 7-9 p. m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 11:00 a. m. Interment will follow at Barkway Cemetery. In memory of Dora, donations to the Housey Rapids Free Methodist Church, Gravenhurst or to the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
