Elva Harbridge

Harbridge, Elva May (nee Lance) This is a sad day. On Wednesday, November 29, 2017 Elva May Harbridge passed away- Gone to her maker. She was loved on this earth and he will be happy to see her. Elva was the beloved wife of the late Lyle Edward Harbridge who predeceased her in 1975. Elva was recently predeceased by her eldest son Paul Harbridge on Oct. 31, 2017 (late Linda) and by Mark Harbridge her youngest son in 2005. Mother to David Harbridge of Gravenhurst, Ruth Ann Harbridge (Victor Jones) of Bracebridge, Melva (Duke) Ibbitson and Christine (Ray) Neal both of Gravenhurst. Elva will be remembered by her daughter-in-law Cindy Harbridge of Gravenhurst. Beloved sister to Percy (Doreen) Lance and Clare (Doreen) Lance both of Sutton, Ester (late Ray) Collins. Elva was predeceased by her siblings; Ruth Pleasted, Carl Lance, Arthur Lance, Eva Mickins and by her grandson Wesley Harbridge. Beloved grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering to celebrate Mrs. Harbridge's life will be held in the spring.
