Schell, Elmer Howard Passed away peacefully at the Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, Bracebridge site on Tuesday May 29, 2012. Elmer Howard Schell in his 83rd. year. Beloved longtime friend and companion to Joan Rose Alexander of Gravenhurst. Beloved son of the late Art and Ida Schell. Beloved father to; Doug (Audrey) Schell of Rodney, Randy (Louise) Foster of Orillia, Debra (Shawn) Schell of Midland, Judy Swain of Southwold, Howard (Dee) Schell of Gravenhurst, Jerry (Donna) Schell of Gravenhurst, Gary (Helen) Schell of MIdland, Anne (Ron) Hudson of Kitchener and Sue (Doug) Broomfield of Castleton. Elmer is predeceased by three of his sons; Bobby, Micheal and Butch-James Schell. He was the beloved brother to Robert Schell of Bala, Ivan (Pat) Schell of Richmond Hill, Mel (Ann) Schell of Prince George, Irma (late Norm) Workman of Wasaga Beach and the late Don Schell. Elmer will be fondly remembered by Dan (Jamie) Alexander of Port Sydney, Kelly (Lloyd) Alexander of Hamilton, Carrie (Miles) Schell of Washago and Cindy Schell of Bala. Beloved grandfather of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Elmer was a well known and liked member of our community. Elmer's passing will affect a wide range of local friends and comrades. There will be a graveside service at Mickle Memorial Cemetery in Gravenhurst on Friday, June 8th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In memory donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
