Elizabeth Garrido

GARRIDO, Elizabeth Ann Marie - Eliz passed peacefully on February 7th at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her husband Pascal, and her four children April O’Hallarn (Ryan), Tiffany Boyes (Mike), Lea Garrido (Mesha Atkinson), and Gill Garrido (Emily Kerr). She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Ayden, Avery, Ryder and Harper. Her parents Mary and Brian Gill, and siblings Monica Smith, Roger Gill, Mark White and all who had the privilege of meeting her.

Eliz was a very strong woman. She met difficulties head on and was never afraid to tackle anything that came her way. She had a huge heart – always putting others before herself. She was very compassionate and generous - always giving rather than receiving even at great personal expense. Eliz inspired positive change in all she met, and to have had the privilege of knowing her was a true blessing.

A private service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers and charitable donations, the family is requesting you stop by the home with a potted plant in the spring to add to Eliz’s beautiful gardens.
