ANDERSON, Elizabeth Lucy "Beth" (nee Leech) Beth died peacefully at Granite Ridge in Gravenhurst, Ontario on Sunday, August 09, 2015. Beth was the beloved wife of 66 years to Bill Anderson and mother of John (Christine) Riviere-Anderson, Dave (Lindsay) Anderson and George Anderson of Huntsville. She was also Granny to Maxime and Talie; James, Cam and Nick; Lisa, Bill and Chris (Kate). Great grandmother of Sophie and loving sister-in-law of Shirley Kay (nee Anderson). She was predeceased by her brother Russell (Joyce) Leech and George Leech. She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and their extended families. Beth was an avid reader and naturalist. She enjoyed sharing her summers at the cottage with family and friends. Recently, despite her frailty, Beth continued to value her friendships, including the staff and residents of Granite Ridge and James Street Place. Her smile and empathy with others will be remembered.
