Edna Whitfield

WHITFIELD, Edna Winnifred (nee Henshaw) Passed away peacefully at the Pines Long Term Care Facility in Bracebridge on Friday, August 02, 2013 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Wesley (Wes) Whitfield who predeceased Edna in 2009. Beloved mother to Catherine (Robert) McCulloch of Guelph and Glenda (Gary) Corbett of Burlington. Edna is survived by her sister Margery Corbett of Gravenhurst. Beloved grandmother to five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In keeping with Edna's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will take place In the near future at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Gravenhurst. In memory of Edna, donations to the Pines Support Committee, 98 Pine St, Bracebridge , On P1L 1N5 would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, Gravenhurst.
