Edna Templeton

Edna Mabel Templeton June 6, 1915 ~ July 1, 2015 Twenty five days after celebrating her 100th Birthday, Edna passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Canada Day at the Muskoka Shores Community Care in Gravenhurst. Edna was predeceased by her brothers Frank and Ken Damon and by her sister Nora Moss. Beloved mother to Jane Ellen Templeton of Bala, Mary Kathleen Templeton of Midland and John (Jack) Damon Templeton of Hillsdale. Beloved grandmother to Lisa Machek, Jennifer Machek, Dominik Templeton Machek and Katrina Machek, Joshua DeHonney, Kelly Templeton and Damon Templeton. Beloved great grandmother to Forest and Tierra Machek-Brant, Lilly Jane, Jack and Lucy Napier Machek, Jalen and Janessa DeHonney and Kayla Templeton-Lehan. Edna will be missed by her nieces and nephews from the Damon and Templeton sides of the family. In keeping with Edna's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be visitation on Friday, July 3, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the parish hall at Trinity St. Albans Anglican Church, Bala Falls Road, Bala. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Trinity St. Albans Anglican Church in Bala followed by a Celebration of Life at the Bala Community Centre, Maple Avenue, Bala at 3:00 pm In memory of Edna, donations to the Terry Fox Foundation, 303-46167 Yale Road, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2P2, Web site; www.terryfox.org or E-mail:national@terryfox.org would be appreciated.
