Douglas Campbell

Beloved husband of Judy, proud dad of Steve (Jennifer), and Jane (Tristan), and loving Pa of Brianna, Brenden, and Ruby. Devoted brother to Ruth Perkons (Juris) and loved uncle to David, and Janet. Pre-deceased by parents Sam and Jean Campbell. Doug was a rail fan all his life; he enjoyed concerts and travel to many parts of the world. During his career he worked as an architectural technologist with the Provincial Government and the Region of York. Doug devoted hours of volunteer time to the Ryde Community Co-op. He was incredibly talented and handy, and could fix anything. He painted most of the quilts on the Ryde Barn Quilt Trail.

He will be deeply missed every day.

The family will hold a private celebration of Doug’s life.
