Dorothy Jaffray

JAFFRAY, Dorothy Claire (nee MacPhail) Formerly of Oakville, passed away peacefully at her home in Gravenhurst on Thursday, November 20th, 2014 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Jaffray who pre-deceased Dorothy on May 1st, 1985. Loving mother of Susan Monaghan of Gravenhurst, Jann (Blake) Grace of Parry Sound, Sandy (Sharon) Jaffray of Black Creek, B.C. and Brian (Terry) Jaffray of Fort Simpson, NWT. Cherished grandmother of Stephen (Jill), Sara (Chris), Amy (Kris) and Caitlin (Byron). Great-grandmother of Quinn, Maggie and Sophie. Dorothy will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews and extended family. Pre-deceased by her 8 sisters and 1 brother. In keeping with Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place. Dorothy will be laid to rest beside her husband at St. Jude's Cemetery in Oakville. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
