TRAVES, Donald Ross "Don" Passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on Wednesday, June 19th, 2013 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Gladys Traves (nee Pearce) of Gravenhurst. Loving father of Albert Traves (Carrie Ruttan) of Gravenhurst, Michael Traves (Janice Latham) of Shanty Bay, and Joan Aldred (James) of Kirkland Lake. Dear brother to Clifford (Marilyn), Roy (Sharon), Lorne (Leanor), Eva, and Jessie. Pre-deceased by his siblings Albert, Tommy, Alice, Wilfred, Della, Ernie, and brother in laws Art and Al. Survived by sister in law Ruby and brother in law Lloyd Kameka. Cherished grandfather to; Tanya Tonge (Ted Davis), Crystalyn Bradley (John), JasonLaGradeur (Tessa), Steven Traves, Phillip Aldred (Lisa Barker), Jennifer Aldred (Tyler Tessier), Amanda, Erin, Dylan, Parker, Denver and Sarah Traves. Great grandfather to; Erika Davis, Jack Bradley, Lily-Ann Bradley, Mckella Smith, Emily Traves, Julia Traves, Alyssa Dion, Dylan Barker, Cole Barker, Own Aldred, Jeremy Tessier, Elizabeth Tessier, Dakota Bucker, Dryden Bucker and Bonnie Snidder. The family will receive friends at Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, Gravenhurst on Wednesday, June 26th, 2013 from 11 a.m.until 2 p.m. A service to celebrate Don's life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday June 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation .
