LANG, DONALD ALBERT Died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on Thursday, August 14, 2014 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Anne Lang (nee Hope) and the late Leone Lang (nee Lowe).Loving father of Nancy Markley (Steve) of Byesville, Ohio and Dan Lang (Donna) of Grand Valley, ON. Stepfather of Larry Quenelle (Lorette), Diane Gilson and the late Graham Quenelle .Cherished grandfather of Brian, Adam, Christopher and Samantha, Tammie, Tommy, Kim, Danny and Ashley. Son of the late Norman and Agnes Lang, also predeceased by his brother Ross and his sister-in-law Betty Lang. Don will be missed by his family and his many friends and acquaintances, especially those who knew him in the Gravenhurst area. In honouring Mr. Lang's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. at Grace and Speed Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre, 275 Steamship Bay Rd. Gravenhurst, Ontario. Memorial gifts to the Muskoka Steamship and Historical Society, 275 Steamship Bay Rd., Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1Z9 or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
