David Heskamp

HESKAMP, DAVID WALTER Born April 10, 1963 in London Ontario, David passed away at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, in the early morning of Tuesday, July 16th, 2013. He is predeceased by his parents Walter and Glenys Heskamp. David had a lifelong passion for hockey, whether he was playing or coaching the game. He enjoyed the challenge of entrepreneurship and exercised his many creative talents; one of his more recent achievements was becoming a Master Carpenter. David is survived by his partner Sharon Dodson of Bracebridge, his three children; Brennan Heskamp, Stacie (Rick) Campbell and Adam Heskamp and by his step-daughter Dianne Dodson. Dearly loved by his grandchildren Ceceilia and Charlotte Campbell, and his step-grandchildren Randi and Kyle Riley and Willem Dodson. David will be sadly missed by his sister Janice Hooper and brother Steven Heskamp and sisters-in-law Bonnie (Henry) Lachance and Betty (Gary) Mikitka and by his nieces Erin and Tara Mikitka and great nephew Justin Scott. Friends will be received at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, 215-1 Bay Street, Gravenhurst on Friday, July 19th, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Joanne Hills will officiate. Burial to follow at St. Paul's Cemetery in Uffington, Ontario
