Daniel Billings

Daniel Nelson Billings passed away on March 26th 2022 in his 52nd year of life. Dan is survived by his spouse of 9 years, Amanda Lamorie. Father to Ceara (Jon), Nelson (Kathleen), and Evan (Casey). Stepfather to Katelyn (Jake), Lacey (Mackenzie), and Tahner (Ashley). Grandfather "Pa" to Brooklynn and Emersyn. Son to adoptive parents Gayle Bates and the late Glen Billings.

Dan was born at Peterborough Regional Hospital on May 19th, 1970 and raised by his loving adoptive parents in the Halliburton Highlands. Dan was a successful electrician who took great pride in his work over the 30 years of his career. His greatest accomplishments in life were being a father and most recently a grandfather. He will be missed by his brown dog, Whiskey. Dan was a friend to everyone and every friend was family. Known as a social butterfly, Dan never left anyone behind. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. "Love you more".

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Cavill Funeral Home where the funeral will be held in the chapel at 12:00PM.

A Celebration of Dan's life will be held around his birthdate and will be posted on the Cavill Website.
