Beloved wife of the late Bertram Merkley. Dear mother to Bob Merkley of Kemptville and Bruce (Jane) Merkley of Bracebridge. Dear sister to Mary (John) Keefe of Calgary and the late Joe (Jean) Upton and Joan (George) Grant. Beloved grandmother to Kent Merkley of Guelph and Leah Merkley of London. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 7-9 p. m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 11:30 a. m. Interment to follow at the Barkway Cemetery at 2:30 p. m.
