Pajari, B. Darlene Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Muskoka Shores Care Community Nursing Home in Gravenhurst at the age of 82. Darlene was born on August 19, 1935 in Fredericton, N.B to Fenwick Ernest Tapley and Mary Rae (Clayton) Tapley. She has 4 surviving siblings, Shirley, Deannie, Patricia and John as well as several nieces and nephews. Darlene was previously married to Herbert Quigg, (Fredericton, N.B.), father to Sharon and Bill before marrying Dr. George E. Pajari who recently passed away on October 20, 2017 after a well fought bout with cancer. Darlene is survived by children Sharon, Bill (Dorothy), and stepchildren SherryAnne and George (Carolanne). Grandchildren Jared (Caitlin), Kate (Lupin), Joe (Nellie), Michael (Rochelle), Beth (Jamie), Gary (Kate) and SpencerAnne, as well as 13 great grandchildren. Darlene and husband George left Fredericton where they both had been employed at UNB before moving to Orillia to own and operate Pajari Instruments Ltd. upon the retiring of George's parents, the original founders of the company. Although she retired awhile back she kept busy with her involvement at the Salvation Army Orillia Corps and was known for her passion for crafting and yard sales until health issues took over, ultimately requiring her to move to Muskoka Shores where she received superb care from the dedicated staff up until her passing. In keeping with Darlene's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, 157 Coldwater Road West, Orillia on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. In memory donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society, the Breast Cancer Society or to The Salvation Army Orillia Corps.
