WILLIAM ARTHUR (ART) MCDIVITT Veteran of WWII - Royal Canadian Air Force Member of Royal Canadian Legion Br. 424 - Bala, ON Peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Monday February 11, 2013 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband to Barbara Joan McDivitt (nee McGaw) of Bala. Dear father to Keith (Lori) McDivitt of Gravenhurst, Garry McDivitt of Bala , Jane (John) Young of Humphrey and Jim McDivitt of Bala. Art is predeceased by his siblings; Bill and Keith McDivitt, Betty DeCaire and Marg Kennedy. Loving grandfather to Jennifer, Paul, Janine, Jeff, Caitlin, Tim, Derek, Hailey and Sherry. Great grandfather to Draeden, Parker, Lily-Jane, Keira, Lacey, Jack, Taylor,and Kaycee. LEGION SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE A gathering to celebrate the life of Arthur McDivitt will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 424 in Bala, on Saturday March 16, 2013 from 1-4 p. m. There will be a Legion Service of Remembrance at 1:00 p.m., with reception following.
